On Monday, December 8, Deb experienced a heart attack and was taken to the University of Utah Medical Center, where she received a stent in her LAD artery. Thanks to Tom’s quick response and excellent medical care, she is now home and recovering. While she’s making steady progress, this stage of healing requires lots of rest, calm days, and gentle support. Many friends and loved ones have asked how they can help. One of the most meaningful ways is simply keeping Deb company for short, relaxed visits. These visits give her connection, encouragement, and a sense of normalcy — while also giving Tom a chance to step out, exercise, or run errands knowing she is not alone. Your time truly makes a difference.
