As many of you know, our beloved youth worship leader, Pearce Whitaker and his wife Emma are navigating some unexpected challenges. Emma is currently experiencing complications with her pregnancy, and as they navigate this uncertain season, we want to surround them with the tangible love of Christ. Pearce has poured so much into our youth at Spring Valley, and now it’s our turn to pour back into them. We’ve set up this page to coordinate support—whether that’s through gift cards for meals, groceries or tangible items. Most importantly, we ask for your fervent prayers for Emma’s health, the safety of their baby, and peace for them both. Thank you for being the hands and feet of Jesus for the Whitakers.
This is a challenging time for Pearce and Emma. At this time during her hospitalization, they ask for privacy and time to get the rest that Emma so desperately needs. Prayers are greatly appreciated and we will share updates as appropriate. As they are not home currently, we have not organized a meal train, but rather a gift card train to help them meet their physical and financial needs at this time.
