Supporting Kathy Sebring and her family after her surgery.

Seattle, WA

Story

Supporting Kathy Sebring and her family after surgery, is to aid the family in a 6-8 week recovery period. During this time, Kathy will have strict limitations in order for her muscles to heal properly. This means she will not only need plenty of rest, but also will have a 3pd weight limit and usage of only her lower arms. It's very important she keeps her upper arms at her sides for the pec muscles to heal properly. After 7-10 days of rest, the remainder of the 6-8 wk period will have limitations with her daily chores, and caring for Aiden. She will also be rather isolated. The most help for her and her family is through meals, assistance with daily chores, and through visits. Kathy would love people to stop by, go on short walks with her and Aiden, or just a friend to chat with.

Special Notes

The family has no dietary restrictions, however, they try to stay away from sugary foods and limit foods with Gluten whenever possible. This is not a 100% requirement, only a goal. Please call or text ahead of time for visits. These visits can be as long or as short as needed for you. They are so appreciated!
