Hailey Salazar (mom of Avery Falvey in 2nd grade) was just diagnosed with Stage 4 stomach cancer. She is currently in the hospital down at UCDMC, but will likely be discharged anytime in the next week or so. We are not sure of her exact discharge date yet. For now, let’s show Hailey and Avery some support in the form of grocery gift cards, Venmo donations, or purchases from her Amazon “comfort wish list.” Once she is home from the hospital, I will add a meal train sign up to the calendar.
