Story

Hello everyone, Rachelle is having surgery October 15th and will need to recover for a bit. This site was created to help our dear friends Rachelle and Anders with meals so that it can be one less thing for them to worry about. She needs freshly prepared, low-histamine meals — no leftovers, no eggs, no avocado, and gluten-free when possible. Simple meals like grilled chicken with rice and veggies, fresh rotisserie chicken, or plain fajitas with corn tortillas work great. If cooking isn’t convenient, gift cards, delivery services, or frozen single-portion meals in reheatable containers are also a huge help. Anders doesn’t have any food restrictions, so he’s happy to share from Rashelle’s safe meals or eat anything you’d like to make for him. Due to a medical condition, I follow a strict low-histamine diet and can only eat freshly prepared food — no leftovers or reheated meals from the fridge. 👉 Note: Anders (my husband) does not have any food restrictions.
