Lee and Sandy Sinnes Meal Train

Port Angeles, WA

Story

Lee and Sandy are in need of a little extra love and support from their community right now. As many of you know, Lee has been living with dementia. On September 10th he had a serious fall that landed him in the hospital for over a week. After undergoing multiple surgeries he’s finally being discharged today, but recovery at home won’t be easy. On top of that, Sandy is scheduled for a heart procedure at the beginning of October, which means she’ll be needing care and rest too. This is where our community can really make a difference. A warm meal, a bag of groceries, or even a quick walk with their beloved wiener dogs, Charlie and Ruby, would mean the world to them. And if cooking or errands aren’t possible, even stopping by for a short visit or a kind word would brighten their days. Every little bit helps lighten their load and lets them feel surrounded by love and care. Thank you so much for any way you’re able to show up for them. It truly means more than words can say. With love and gratitude, The Sinnes Family
