Dear Neighbors, Our wonderful neighbors, Carolina and Dennis Rendon, who live here on Lookout Avenue, are facing a very challenging time. Carolina will be undergoing a major surgery on November 10th and will need to spend some time in the hospital and at home afterward to focus on a long recovery. While Carolina is away healing, Dennis, their three young daughters, and their small dog could really use the love and support of our community. This is a moment when even small acts of kindness can make a big difference. 🌷 Ways We Can Help • Meal Train: Prepare or drop off a meal, or send takeout or delivery to make dinnertime easier. • Gift Cards: Contribute gift cards for groceries, restaurants, or delivery services. • Household Help: Volunteer to help with trash/recycling, yard work, or small household chores. • Dog Walking: Take their small dog for a walk or help with pet care while Carolina recovers. • Support for the Kids: Offer to assist with school pick-ups, playdates, or after-school activities. • Care Packages: Create small baskets with snacks, books, or fun activities for the girls to enjoy. If you’d like to help in any way, please reach out to Rosemary Carroll at 📞 201-315-9854 or 📧 [email protected] so we can coordinate our efforts and ensure the Rendon family feels the care and compassion of our neighborhood.
