Story
David’s symptoms from his poly cystic liver disease are continuing to get worse along with his CHF. He is now becoming extremely short of breath with very little activity, and his appointment with a liver specialist isn’t until mid-September. As if that wasn’t enough, Tammy (his wife/caretaker) recently broke three bones in her ankle and needed emergency surgery, which leaves her off her feet for 3 months. They are currently unable to take care of one another so I want to help lessen the burden by supplying meals. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!!

Because of CHF my dad can only eat low sodium meals. My mom currently has no restrictions.
