Meal Train for the Koveloski Family

Fort Wayne, IN

Story

The thing I love most about residing in the NACS district and sending my children to these schools is having a village of people to support each other, and watching people rally around teachers and students in need. A NACS family, The Koveloski's need our support now more than ever. Keith Koveloski was diagnosed with aggressive metastatic prostate cancer back in late 2024. He fought tirelessly through multiple treatments hoping to beat the cancer and unfortunately lost his battle on December 8, 2025. His wife Marilena is a staff member at one of our elementary schools, where she continued to work while making sure her husband didn't miss a single appointment, her kids didn't miss a single event, and she continued to be an amazing mother and wife. She is a dear friend of mine and such a beautiful person. Their son Jaxson is one of my son's best friends and is also a NACS student, and their daughter Milana is a student at the high school. They moved here from New Jersey to relocate for Keith's job, so most of their family is still located in New Jersey including their oldest adult son Keith Jr. As a community I'm asking everyone to pull together for this family whether that be taking them lunch or dinner, or donating to Marilena's attached Venmo. The last thing I want Marilena to have to worry about is providing meals every night while she's grieving and making arrangements for her husband. The meal train will start the week of 12/15. Thank you all so much for your support!
