I’m reaching out on behalf of a close friend of mine who is a dedicated single mother currently battling chronic anemia. Her condition causes significant pain, extreme fatigue, and very low energy levels. She requires frequent blood transfusions and, as a result, has had to miss work and faces daily challenges, including preparing meals for herself and her family. Easy meals to make for the kids, would be amazing. Snacks fruits juices etc. They pretty much eat anything. Heather eats just grilled chicken salads (no onions or tomatoes).
