Nikki is having yet another back surgery on Tuesday this week. With the kids being out of school starting on Wednesday, it’s going to be tough. I’m hoping to help her out with a few easy meals that the kids can pop in the microwave for lunch and Cory can heat up for dinner. If you are comfortable making gluten free meals, that’s wonderful, but if not, that’s ok too. Meals, snacks or whatever can be delivered to my house and I can take them to Nikki, that way she’s not having to get out of the bed to let people in and can stay resting. If you’re not comfortable cooking or don’t have the time, gift cards or snacks for the kids are also appreciated.
