Penny Thompson, a long time resident of Cortez had been diagnosed with breast cancer. She's living in Farmington with her son and daughter in law and is unable to work full time at this point. Truthfully, she’s struggling financially. Penny has a small part time job that she will soon not be able to do because of her condition.
