If you've ever had the privilege of knowing Shane and Andra, you know they are two of the most selfless, generous, and supportive people you could ever meet. They are always the first to show up when someone needs a helping hand, a listening ear, or a prayer. They give so freely of themselves and never expect anything in return. Now, they find themselves in a season where they need others to come alongside them. Recently, Shane went to the emergency room after experiencing a persistent cough, shortness of breath, and increasing fatigue. A CT scan revealed multiple spots in both lungs, along with a small amount of fluid around one lung. His back is hurting him very badly from all the coughing. At this time, we still do not have a diagnosis. He has been instructed to follow up with a lung specialist for additional testing so doctors can determine the cause and begin the appropriate treatment. As we wait for answers, we are placing our trust in God and taking one day at a time. Many of you have already asked how you can help. This page is a way for those who would like to come alongside Shane and Andra to do so in whatever way they are able. Whether it's praying, preparing a meal, helping with house cleaning, completing a small home repair, running an errand, picking up groceries, helping with vehicle needs such as brake work, an inspection, or a new tire, or offering financial assistance to help ease the burden of medical and everyday expenses, every act of kindness is a tremendous blessing.
