We all know sweet Luca, one way or another we all have been touched by his light, his joy and his strength. Luca has been fighting against leukemia for over a year, and unfortunately he has been diagnosed with end-of-life cancer. Queila, Luca’s mom posted: 🇺🇸Family and friends, the news is not easy. Doctors have shared that Luca has entered the end-of-life stage of his cancer journey. 💔 Yesterday they discovered he has a severe infection caused by a bacteria called ROTHIA, and they are treating it as meningitis. There is no chemotherapy or any other treatment that can fight this cancer, as it has proven to be very aggressive, rare, and incurable with everything medicine has to offer. But before being ours, Luca belongs to the Lord. He is already a miracle! We believe that even when there is no way out for us or for medicine, God is still Jehovah Rapha — and just one word from Him can change Luca’s story completely. ✨ As long as Luca breathes, we will not give up or lose hope in the miracle. 🙏🏼 That’s why we ask everyone to please join us in prayer for Luca. 🩵 It is for this reason that we have created this Give InKind to try to help as much as we can, providing some relief to the family, while we pray for a miracle for Luca.
