Hello John is getting surgery on his foot. They will be taking his toe off, and I am having a lot of issues with my feet and legs as well. This makes it very hard for us to cook as standing isn't something we can really do. We would really appreciate some help with evening meals. We like to keep it low sodium or at least don't add extra salt.
I am allergic to turmeric and try to keep low sodium. We are not a fan of fennel or anise.
