Late in the evening on July 26th, Walter was in a serious head-on auto collision. He has suffered major trauma and is in intensive care. The scope of his injuries is such that he will have a long path to recovery. This support page was created to help the Trygstads with various needs during this difficult time for them. While it is not in their nature to ask for help, as friends of the Trygstads, I hope that you will be willing to help where you can. As help is needed, the requests will be added here. Also, a method to contribute financially is in the works to help offset the medical expenses that the Trygstads are incurring. Thank you for supporting Walter and his family. You can read a limited news release about the accident here: https://patch.com/california/petaluma/arrest-made-lakeville-highway-head-collision-chp You can also help out by donating to the gofundme page here: https://gf.me/u/ykapxm If you would like to help in ways not listed on this page, please feel free to contact David Grundler (530) 400-7438.
