Care and Support for Bob

Brattleboro, VT

W
Story

Bob went into rehab in January with a goal of getting stronger and working on his balance. He worked incredibly hard, but in spite of his efforts, he continued to regress. A few weeks ago, he began having breathing issues and was transported to BMH by ambulance. The CT scan showed a large pulmonary embolism as well as nodules in his lungs and esophagus, as well as a mass on his kidney. He made the decision to come home on hospice care. Now that he is home, we are looking for people to help With making sure he has the best care possible. An hour visit, stopping in to make sure he has food, running an errand, or just sitting to visit. It will never be the care he received in the facility, but with everyone’s help, we can make his time comfortable and happy.

Special Notes

I’ve put in time slots for dog walking, meals and “care” which just means visiting and maybe getting him items he might need. Any questions, just call or text me at (802) 275-2963
