Unfortunately, while out on the road, she was struck by a truck while on her bike on 7/16/25 and severely broke her leg. She had to undergo surgery on 7/17 to stabilize her leg bone with rods. She also broke her hand. She won't be able to work for the foreseeable future. She has been riding her motorcycle for years and interns as a paralegal at a law firm. Of everything Amanda does, she most enjoys helping the community. Now she needs the community's help, giving back in her time of need. She appreciates any assistance she receives while she goes through physical therapy and regains her ability to walk.
