Hi my name is jennifer spearmon I am 37 years old I recently just got approved for an apartment the deposit is 400 and my rent is 965 i do work a full time job however last week I had to ha e the deposit paid for the man to hold the apartment I could only come up with 200 however I found a lady on Facebook that offered to pay the rest if I sent her the 200 I did she paid it it went through then Tuesday my landlord calls me and says it was rejected I got scammed so now they changed me a late fee but I had a talk with the landlord and he agreed to let me split the deposit up into 3 payments which however now puts me in a bad spot my rent is 965 so my check on the 31st will only be enough to cover that what I am asking for is just enough to just go ahead and play the deposit which is now 450 because of the return check and i can pay the rent myself I will put contact information in here as well thanks
