It is with the heavy heart that we prepare for Nicky’s (Reece’s fiancée) grandpa to go to hospice. Nikki was raised by his grandparents since he was young and have treated Reece as their own since day one. They are kind and loving and give so much to everyone else around them. As they prepare to put grandpa in hospice, we are setting up a meal train so Grandma has a little bit of a relief at home. She will be spending most of her time with grandpa in these final weeks, but it would be a huge help not to have to cook for the family at home during this time.
