It is with deep sadness that I share the loss of Kameron Witt, on the morning of October 28th, 2025. He had always been an incredible son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend. Kameron was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL and attended secondary school in Callahan, FL; becoming a UNF graduate in 2022. He was the oldest of two children. At a young age, he had shown his determined spirit, completing his degrees early and immediately following his chosen career path. His dedication and strong work ethic earned him the title of Project Manager at the Miller Electric Company. In his spare time, you could find Kameron turning wrenches with his dad. He was a true grease monkey, taking pride in his many endeavors! Kameron was preceded in death by his grandparents, Wayne and Florence Witt, earlier this year. He is survived by his Mother, Spring Witt; his Father, Troy Witt; his Sister, Mackenzie Witt; his Grandparents, Debbie and Jimmy Warren; his Aunt and Uncle, Gloria and Rocky Szubelak; his Girlfriend, Hannah Avera; and many more. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 4th, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Peeples Funeral Home 14165 N Main Street Jacksonville, FL 32218, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM officiated by Pastor Micah Strickland. The burial service will be located at Evergreen Cemetery 4535 N Main Street Jacksonville, FL 32206 after the funeral service. A small luncheon will be provided at Peeples Funeral Home for those who would like to attend. In honor of Kameron's favorite color and his love for the Gators, please wear blue. For Kameron: James 1:9-10 “Believers in humble circumstances, ought to take pride in their high position. But the rich should take pride in their humiliation – since they will pass away like a wildflower.” For grieving loved ones: James 1:2-3 “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance.”
