I have decided to start this page in hopes to bring some relief for my oldest daughter Amanda her husband Tracey and their three children during this extremely difficult time. On January 8th 2026, Amanda found her self in the Emergency room with kidney failure. She was taken into surgery very quickly to have a catheter placed into her chest so she could start lifesaving dialysis. She will have to go to dialysis three days a week for three and half hours to have her blood cleaned for the rest of her life or until she receives a kidney transplant. This has put her in a situation of trying to figure out dinner for her family while also being gone, and her husband having to take time off of work to take her to appointments. After a bunch of research I found this website and figured if people would like to lend a helping hand we are asking for Uber Eats gift card /Vons or Costco gift cards or even you could give threw her Cash App . Amanda now has a very strict diet as she now is gluten and dairy free and also low sodium and low phosphates. This is all new and is quite difficult to shop for, so I thought what a great a way to be able to offer some relief and kindness for Amanda and her family as they navigate through this new lifestyle change.
