Brixton’s Battle Brigade supports Brixton Temple and his family during this challenging time while he is fighting Acute Myeloid Leukemia. He started his first round of chemo on June 4th and since then has been in the hospital all but a week or two between treatments. This week his family got the news they were praying they wouldn’t get. It has been determined that he needs a bone marrow transplant. He will have that done at CHOP in Philly and will be kept inpatient for 3-4 months. In addition to Brixton’s surgery his sister Aria will be donating bone marrow to him and will undergo surgery at CHOP as well. Jim continues to work full time to support his family while Ariel is in the hospital with Brixton. As you can imagine the bone marrow transplant is going to make what has already been a difficult situation even more of a challenge. As a way to support Brixton and his family this page allows you to make gift card donations. Some examples might be gift cards for groceries, gas, Walmart, door dash for the hospital, restaurants, etc. Although the family has declined help up until this point the lengthy stay in Philly is going to be a strain for them and any support you can give would be greatly appreciated.
