This young woman spent last winter buying outdoor animal shelters for cats and dogs on the streets. She used the little money she had and went to known places of abandon and homeless animals and placed these winter and weatherproof shelters around town so that maybe she could at least help one lost or forgotten animal stay warm to survive. Fast forward to 3 months ago when she found out she only has 6 short months left to live. Jos reaction? "Doctors are not God, when it is my time it will be the perfect time and i am ok with that." Her 2 young children do not know about her diagnosis because they are currently living in texas a few states away under the care of a relative. Now she would not be happy that I put this out here but as a widow at such a young age and as the stubborn, giving, and kind soul that I've come to love, she would rather give help then ever recieve it. She wants nothing more than to go see her children before her time comes. She has no family to help and does not have a support system besides the very few lucky ones that get to be there for her. Unfortunately none have the means to help financially with this. So I'm reaching out to the community in hopes that someone somewhere will be as moved by her story as I have been and be able to help me help her go see her children one last time. Maybe there will even be enough left over for her not to have to worry about copays and food each day. Its a long shot but please come together for this young woman who has survived so many hardships, Never had a family to grow up with or depend on. This young woman that is wise beyond her years and more generous with nothing to give then i have ever witnessed those who can give it all. I hope this world and atkeast the people in it can give back to her the way she had the world.
All proceeds will be more than money spent , but in turn will be reuniting a family and supporting a young woman at the end of her life
