Brittany’s Village 💛

Story

Alright friends… we’re rallying for our girl Brittany 💛 As she starts chemo, we’re building a support system that actually makes life easier for her and her crew. With three kids (and let’s be honest… three very specific opinions about what counts as “dinner”), traditional meal trains can get a little chaotic. So instead of meals, we’re doing gift cards + flexible support + a cleaning fund. Here’s why:Chemo doesn’t exactly RSVP… some days food sounds great, other days absolutely not. Gift cards give Brittany the freedom to order what works in the moment and keep the kids fed without the stress. We’re also prioritizing gift cards to help reduce germ exposure by limiting the number of people coming in and out of the house, while still giving them plenty of flexible food options. And just as important… we’re setting up a cleaning fund to cover her preferred housekeeper during treatment. Brittany has always been someone who shows up for others and supports fellow moms and their small businesses, so it feels especially meaningful that she’s chosen her neighbor, Nicole Perry, and her cleaning business to help carry that load during chemo. Because fighting cancer is already a full-time job… scrubbing bathrooms should be the last thing on her to do list. And if you know Brittany, you know this… she would NEVER ask for help. Not once. Not even a little. But we all want to show up for her… so we’re doing it anyway 🤍 If you’d like to help, you can:✨ Send gift cards (DoorDash, HEB, Uber Eats, Target, etc.)✨ Contribute to the meal + groceries + cleaning fund✨ Sign up for things like school pickups, errands, or backup support when needed The goal is simple: take as much off her plate as possible… without adding more to it. She has an incredible family supporting her, and we just want to come alongside them and lighten the load so their focus can stay where it belongs… on her healing. And knowing Brittany… cancer picked the wrong girl.
