Hello my name is Derek Salazar 12/25/1988 I’m from a very small rural town Kingman az I have lived here for 27 years I have 2 sister 1 of which was abducted in 1995 I was born with a rare condition called Dandy Walker Syndrome Iv had 17 brain surgeries,recently I was diagnosed with blast phase lukeima my white cells are at a staggering 450,000 crazy right? I’m here to do the unthinkable im asking for help,I try to help myself before anything but it’s come to the point where I need help and guidance while being in the hospital I found out that my mother had a part of my sisters disappearance and I was banished from my home of living I am now homeless I can’t get to my appointments I had to sell every asset I had to get a hotel for a month now it’s come to the point I’m at a loss for words Iv leaned on Jesus to help me and give me the strength to pull through I literally have nothing I’m asking for clothes,ebike and food n shelter as I can help you help me with ambition,care,loyalty and sobriety! I know this day and age is hard for us all I’m not trying to get rich or greedy I’m simply just trying to survive and beat cancer while it’s still possible thank you so much in taking the time to read my about me!
