On Saturday August 1st, my Dad fell or passed out and hit his head and lost consciousness resulting in an EMS ride to the hospital. Unfortunately, he doesn’t remember the event at all making this whole thing a bit more concerning, but all labs have comeback reassuring. His CT and MRI have confirmed a C2 fracture which is thankfully stable, but he partially torn 3 ligaments in his neck. Thankfully surgery isn’t required at this time but will remain in a cervical collar for the next 12 weeks and cannot drive until the collar comes off. Making it much more difficult to get groceries, meals, etc. Any help with getting meals to them in this time of need is much appreciated!
