Our very dear friend Pat has fractured her femur. She has moved to Kern River Transitional Care 5151 Knudsen Drive, Bakersfield, CA. Let’s share the love of Jesus with her the way she does for us so faithfully❣️

Call or text Pat in the morning so that she can get her PT scheduled around the visit. Her PT schedule changes daily. Keep the visit around an hour and a half to allow her to have time for rehab and rest. Room number is B 24. Thank you for blessing her with your care and time. 😇
