❤️ The Bellachs are so loved by this community, and right now they need us. We set up this meal train so everyone who cares about them has an easy way to help. Together we can take care of Daren's family while they take care of each other. Michelle is having knee replacement surgery on 9/8. The first six weeks of recovery are the hardest, and that's when a warm meal at the door makes the biggest difference. Their son, Tyler is working full-time with CalFire on the Central Coast and drives back and forth to help whenever he can, but he can't be home every night. Their son, Lucas is 16 and a full-time high school student. With two boys and a mom working hard to get back on their feet, a little support goes a long way. Whether it’s a home-cooked meal dropped off with love or a bag of easy groceries to fill the pantry, it truly takes real weight off their shoulders—and gives them one less thing to worry about. We’re not quite sure exactly when Daren will be home, but the moment we know his return date, we’ll update the meal plan to serve four instead of three. Until then, thank you for every kind gesture—it means the world to this sweet family. A little about what they like: Michelle "grazes" and prefers smaller bites throughout the day — cheese and crackers, fresh fruit, cottage cheese, nuts. The boys didn't list any favorites, so anything hearty and simple is a win. The one thing they all avoid is spicy food; otherwise, no restrictions. What helps most: Dinner-type meals with 4–6 servings. Homemade is wonderful, and anything that can be frozen and reheated later is a gift that keeps giving. Grocery items the boys can throw together themselves — sandwich fixings, quesadilla ingredients — are perfect too. And if you know a restaurant that will actually deliver to Kenwood, you're braver than I am — go for it! Please choose a date and time slot below to drop off at 254 Maple Avenue, Kenwood CA 95452. ❤️ To protect their privacy and rest, there are two clearly marked coolers outside, in front of the big red truck in the driveway. Just tuck your gift inside — no need to knock. They'll know it came with love. ❤️ If you have any questions, or you'd like to help but aren't sure how, please reach out to me, Jess Moylan at 707-343-5808 or Stephanie Bisordi at (707) 321-1227 There's no wrong way to show up for this family. Thank you for wrapping the Bellachs in care during a stressful stretch. Every meal is a reminder that they are not doing this alone. ❤️
No spicy food please, thank you❤️
