Baby Lydias Love Team

Fort worth, TX

Story

Monday night October 20th, Lorraine was leaking fluid and decided to go in to the doctor. Her blood pressure was off the charts so they admitted her. Turned out she had preeclampsia which caused them to take baby Lydia early on October 22nd. She was born at 4lbs and quickly dropped down to 3lbs. She was admitted into the Nicu shortly after birth and has been in there a week. She is doing better and regulating temperature on her own now but still has to gain weight to go home. As she is feeding her heart rate drops so they are keeping an eye on that as well. During this week it has been tough on the family. Nathan has missed a lot of work to be there for Lydia and Lorraine as much as possible. They have had a lot of expenses with food and gas going back and forth from home to the hospital. I’m starting this to try to make this journey a little easier on them until baby Lydia is able to go home to be with her family. Any food donations or gas donations for the family would be greatly appreciated.
