Jackson Wilson is a 2 year old little boy who was diagnosed with Rhabdomyosarcoma on the weekend of July 4th 2025. With the unfortunate location of the tumor in his little bladder surgery to remove it is not possible. Jackson’s treatment plan includes 64 weeks of chemotherapy and extensive proton radiation therapy. As one can imagine this has devastated his mom and dad as well as their close family. Jackson has now completed his first 12 weeks of chemotherapy. His oncologist says he is doing so great with his treatment plan. Jackson countinues to amaze everyone around him with how strong and resilient he is with these hard treatments. The family continues to be blown away from the support of everyone in this journey but they still have such a long way to go. I have created this page to help show our support during the radiation phase of Jackson’s treatment. For the next 6 weeks Jackson will be having radiation every single day as well as chemotherapy weekly. This involves A LOT of driving for Logan and Ciarra. With lots of travel time comes less time for cooking meals. If you feel led to give to the family gas gifts cards, food gift cards, and even meals brought to them would be extremely appreciated. As always continue to pray for Jackson and his family as they continue this fight against cancer. Please pray for safe travels daily and radiation to cause minimal complications. 🎗️
Jackson’s proton radiation will be at UF Health in downtown Jacksonville and his chemotherapy continues at Wolfsons Children’s Hospital and Nemours infusion clinic. There is a firehouse subs in the hospital. Their favorite local restaurant to home (starke/keystone) is Tony’s Italian restaurant. Jackson’s has no dietary restrictions but Kate Farms pediatric chocolate shakes are something he has daily to keep his weight up.
