To help with meals, we wanted to share a few simple preferences and allergies for our family: - Severe nut allergy (please no peanuts or tree nuts of any kind) - Limited red sauces (tomato-based sauces can be hard on LaToya) - No corn We tend to keep things pretty simple and enjoy meals like tacos (with flour tortillas), chicken dishes, pasta with white sauce, quesadillas, burgers, and other classic American or Mexican-style meals.
