Story

Thank you so much for your support of our growing family during this postpartum phase. We are so grateful to have your support, and we wanted to share that meals and your general care are all so helpful, so if cooking is not your love language we are so happy to receive care in the ways you love to give. Ideas that we think might be helpful: -meals/snacks and treats (dairy free, see special notes for details). -a quick check in text or words of encouragement. -offering to grab a few items at the store when you are out shopping for groceries -scheduling a time to come over for a visit (we will post on here when we are ready for visitors) -go for a walk with us

Special Notes

Blair is lactose intolerant, which means she can't eat most dairy products (butter, milk, cheeses). She is able to do small amounts of pasteurized goat cheese and sheep cheese/yogurt. If you have questions for a recipe let us know.
