I was gifted my precious Ellie 3 years ago when I was a dark spot due to my husband's addiction and a surgery I had to have. She has been my best friend ever since I first held her. About 6 months ago my husband and I separated. My son and I moved into a small home where we were told we could keep her. Recently my landlord was next door and she was barking at him. He got mad that she was barking (I was literally right there with her she had been outside less than 2 minutes). He served me with an eviction notice the next day. I work 40+ hours a week and pay $600 a month for a car that is a gas guzzler. Unfortunately I am unable to get another car which would make life easier, so I have to deal with this payment. I am struggling to make it from one week to the next. I have been unable to buy actual groceries, I buy what we need for the day based on what I can afford. It has taken a massive toll on both my son and I, and now I have to re-home my Ellie and find us a new place to live. I just don't know what to do anymore.
I am a Christian and believe deeply that God will provide. I am praying that someone on this site is the blessing God is sending to us.
