Donna is an outstanding Dayshift nurse on 4 Main who will be out on FMLA the following few weeks. We would love to assist her and her son with meals while she is not able to work. :)
Please place meal in unit refrigerator if brought up to 4 Main. Notify Sherry and she will deliver the meal to Donna Monday-Friday. If meal is sent to house or if sending gift card, please notify Donna. Donna and her son's favorite meal is Mexican food; however, they are not picky. They have no dietary restrictions.
