Cate Eckenrode is a dear friend and long-time colleague. Cate recently learned she has breast cancer and is in need of surgery and a long recovery. Cate means a lot to so many of us and we all can help. Cate loves good food, so fun and healthy meals will help her on the path to recover. The only things Cate doesn't like are egg plant, octopus, beets and most beans (black and pinto are ok). Freezer-friendly meals or delivery gift cards are preferred. I will coordinate delivery of food to Cate's house from Fort Collins.
