Thank you for your heart to love and support my Mom and Dad these past 6 months while he completed chemotherapy treatments! We have experienced firsthand all of the love from friends who have surrounded them with so many meals, rides to appointments, and calls just to check in to say hello. We truly appreciate all of you! My Dad just received a very positive report from his oncologist today and the chemo was extremely effective. He is regaining his strength at home and will be transitioning to a stronger type of hormone treatment (pill form). We are praying this will be much easier than chemo and that the treatments will continue to reduce the cancer. My parents said that they are feeling stronger to provide their own meals now. However, if you would like to bless them with a meal, please sign up (at most one meal per week)! I'm sure it will give my Mom a nice break!
