Hi, I’m Scott Sance. If you know me, you know that my family is my absolute world. My partner and I are blessed with three wonderful, bright, and energetic kids who are growing up faster than we ever imagined. Right now, we are a family of five living in a space that served us well when the kids were smaller, but we’ve officially hit the point where we’ve outgrown our walls! As the kids get older, their needs are changing. They need dedicated spaces to study, express their individuality, rest, and simply have a little privacy to recharge. Right now, our home is overflowing—not just with love, but with bunk beds, backpacks, and constant room rearranging! Our ultimate dream is to buy a home that truly fits our family—a place where each of our three children can finally have their own room and personal space to thrive. While my partner and I work hard every single day to provide for our family, saving enough for a solid down payment in today's housing market has been a steep uphill climb.
