Hi Family ❤️ Friends Everyone has ask how they could help me and this is one way that will be a huge impact on the most crucial 1st two weeks after surgery. I’ve set up a Give In Kind page for a food train to help me during my recovery. It’s a way for my amazing friends and family to sign up to bring a meal, send a gift card, or offer a little support while I focus on healing. Special Notes

I eat paleo mostly 80/20. My body loves protein, veggies, fruits and nuts! Since i wont be able to workout for a while i am trying to eat as clean as possible with a few cheats in there. No soy please and light on the dairy
