On May 28th, I will be having a disc replacement surgery in my neck to replace a herniated disc as a result of a car accident that occurred back in 2024. I have tried conservative treatments, and none have worked long-term. The ultimate issue is evident: the disc is degenerating and needs to be replaced as a result of the car accident. Joey is going to be my full-time caretaker for one week after my surgery. During this time, my goal is to relieve as much stress from Joey as I can. I may add some things after Joey goes back to work, but I will try my best to share updates. Help is appreciated, but not expected <3
Joey and I do have two cats (sorry if you are allergic). We do not have dietary restrictions, but there may be a chance I may not be able to eat super hard or crunchy foods due to my neck being operated on. If you want to visit, please reach out beforehand! I may not be up for it.
