On June 27th, Mary Beth passed unexpectedly but peacefully in her sleep. As you can imagine, Emma, Mac, and Richard are at a loss and could really use lots of love and support. Meals, groceries, check ins for help with household chores, etc. may be much appreciated. She has gone to be with Ray and her parents in heaven, and we will all miss her more than words. We love you all so much.
Emma and Richard have been incorporating more high protein/vegetables in their routine, and would much appreciate any meals, but especially those kind if you’re able!
