Thank you all so much for helping coordinate meals—it truly means the world! Derek + Jamie eat gluten free. Derek has an intolerance, so no need to worry specifically about cross contamination. If you are unfamiliar with gluten free foods, or something isn't labeled as gluten free, you can check the ingredients list and you'll find this at the bottom if the item is gluten free "no wheat, barley, rye". Thank you again for your kindness and support. Derek + Jamie are genuinely so grateful for the effort! Some of our typical meals on a weekly basis are usually just a protein, side of some sort (rice, sweet potato, gluten free mac+cheese) and a vegetable or salad. We are pretty simple and not picky! We like all proteins. Our favorite fast foods are In-N-Out and Chipotle! In-N-Out -Derek likes a 4x4 protein style, animal fries and a coke -Jamie likes a number 2 with whole grilled onion, pickle, protein style with animal fries and a diet coke! Chipotle: Derek: Bowl with white rice, black beans, steak, cheese, fajita veggies, and guac! Jamie: Bowl with white rice, half+half beans, chicken, pico, fajita veggies, and guac!
