My name is Jeremy I had my 3rd stroke last June. I'm embarrassed but time has come to ask for a helping hand. I just want to be able to give my family especially my children a little something for Christmas. I dont really know where to turn, my family and friends aren't really in a position where they can help out, and I've seen all these people on facebook that say they help. I'm pretty sure it's all setup and fake but im asking please help us. I'm not against begging when my kids are in need. So please if you really can help help.
