My sweet friends Kristin and Tony Duncan have had a particularly difficult year!! Tony had had some medical issues and an on going recent hospital stay that now hat resulted in Tony requiring in home care. Now that Tony is coming home they need some assistance!!! They also have a precious adult Downs Syndrome son who also requires 24/7 care!!! Since Tony was their son's primary caregiver, this had resulted in some difficult decisions for Kristin!!! With that said, any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!! But food gift cards, meal delivery and and assistance gift cards would be so appreciated!!!
