💛 WWC FAMILY — IT’S OUR TURN TO SHOW UP. 💛 One of the things that makes Wild Wonder so special is the way our families show up for each other. One of our WWC families has been one of those families who is always willing to volunteer, lend a hand, and step in when Wild Wonder needs support. Right now, they’re the ones who need us. Caleb, one of our Wild Wonder students, has a sister who is currently in the hospital dealing with some pretty serious medical issues. Their family is navigating something no family wants to face — long days at the hospital, uncertainty, worry, and all of the everyday responsibilities that somehow still keep coming. We can’t take away what they’re going through, but we can make the load a little lighter. Wild Wonder would love to rally around Caleb’s family by collecting gift cards to help cover some of the little things they shouldn’t have to worry about right now — meals, groceries, necessities, deliveries, gas, or whatever else makes these difficult days a little easier. Amazon, DoorDash/Uber Eats, restaurant, grocery and gas gift cards would all be incredibly helpful. Even a $10 or $20 gift card adds up when a whole community comes together. 💛 This family has shown up for Wild Wonder time and time again. Now it’s our turn to show up for them. If you’d like to contribute a gift card, you can drop it off with us at Wild Wonder. We’ll make sure everything collected gets directly to the family. Let’s remind them that while they’re carrying something incredibly heavy right now, they don’t have to carry it alone. The wild. The weird. The wonderful.
