Meals for Allison & family

W
Story

Allison and her family are going through an unimaginable time right now. In a very short period of time, Allison has lost both of her parents. While her father’s passing was not unexpected, losing her beloved mother so soon afterward was completely unexpected and devastating. Allison and her mom were incredibly close. They weren’t just mother and daughter—they were best friends. Their family has always been very close, with many of them living near one another, making this tremendous loss even harder for everyone. Allison is also a devoted mother of six. She has one daughter living in California, along with her grandson, one son living in Eugene, and four boys at home. While grieving the loss of both of her parents, she is also continuing to care for and support her children. This Meal Train is a small way for us to surround Allison and her family with love and support and take one little thing off her plate during this incredibly difficult time. A meal, a kind gesture, or simply letting her know that she and her family are being thought of can mean so much. This will also take grief off of Allison not feeling well enough to make little Robert food as he can grab and go. Please keep Allison, her children, her grandson, and their entire family in your thoughts and prayers as they navigate the heartbreaking loss of both of her parents in such a short amount of time. Let’s come together and surround Allison and her family with the love, comfort, and support they need right now. ❤️

Special Notes

I intend to hand this over to Allison so as people sign up she can manage it so there is not an abundance of food at once. I am not sure of likes or dislikes but I do know Allison eats like a little birdie. Snack here snack there. I’m sure reaching out to her would be the best bet.
