Amber is one our wonderful PCT’s on 4 east who recently went through some health problems and needed a heart transplant. She is now recovering at home and continues to amaze us with how strong and determined she is. Even coming back to work soon so we would like to help with that transition! We would like to help Amber’s family out with meals. They are a family of 3 and have a 2 year old daughter. She lives in Woodbury.
