I'm trying to set up a meal train for my family. My grandfather is in critical condition out of state. It is a very difficult time for my family and we could really use the help.
My mother has celiac disease and cannot have gluten. Cross contamination makes her sick as well so it cannot touch gluten or utensils that have touched gluten. Only gluten free meals are appreciated but my brother and father don't have any dietary restrictions.
