Seabass needs our help. He’s going to be ok, but he’s going to be out of work for a while, perhaps 4-6 weeks. On Sunday March 22 while playing rec league hockey Seabass was hit and slid into the boards. He busted his ankle pretty good. He’s currently in a cast and is undergoing surgery Friday March 27. Seabass will be in a cast two weeks post surgery and a boot after that. Early indications are he could be out of work 4-6 weeks. He really won’t know until he gets word from the surgeon. If you know Seabass you know how active he is. So being laid up for any duration is going to be hard. Not working is going to be hard mentally and financially. No one loves asking for help; this is especially true for Seabass. This is where communities can come together and show support and help keep his moral up. We’ve included his Venmo if that’s how you want to help. Or if you want to buy him a meal or some groceries we’ll include those links as well. Let’s step up and help Seabass get through these next few weeks. To add insult to injury, there was no major penalty for the hit either. But his squad do get the 7-1 win.
