Story
Dear Friends & Family, Thank you so much for being part of this journey with us. Your care and support as we grow our family touches us deeply, and we feel incredibly grateful to have a community that shows up in so many thoughtful ways. As we prepare to welcome our second baby, I’ve taken some time to reflect on what was most supportive after Norah was born. I noticed that, more than physical items, what truly helped us feel nourished and cared for were home-cooked meals, the presence of loved ones, and the generous support we received. That kind of connection and love met needs for rest, nourishment, and community in a time of great transition. This time, we’re hoping to focus on those same kinds of support. We would love and appreciate home-cooked meals, as they bring not only nourishment but also a sense of love and care. Visits to connect or even short playdates with Norah would be so meaningful, as they help meet her needs for attention and play, while also giving us space to rest and recover. If offering financial support feels good to you, please know it would be received with deep appreciation, as it helps ease some of the expenses of birth and those that will naturally arise during early parenting. Also these items will be very beneficial to support postpartum healing for Mama, we welcome them with gratitude. (https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/M14XLBXQLMIY?ref_=wl_share) I’m aware that asking for support can feel vulnerable, and at the same time, I know how much ease and connection it can bring when we allow others to contribute in the ways they genuinely want to. We receive your support with open hearts and so much gratitude. Your care helps us feel held, and that’s the most valuable gift we could ask for. With love and appreciation, Mama, Dada, and Norah ❤️
